[0.0s] Dumbgeons and Dragons will begin in just a moment, don't go anywhere. [8.2s] Kav and Bench are wandering the streets of Vintersmouth trying to figure out where the [16.2s] hell they left Oak the night previous. You'd just left the Suite Apothecary where you'd [22.6s] found out that Oak had on him a vial of breath freshener as well as potentially a love potion [31.3s] of sorts. Which you immediately thought was for you. Absolutely. You're going through [37.0s] your bag and your pockets trying to figure out like where it is and you reach into [41.8s] your left pocket and there is a small handful of sawdust which originally perhaps you [51.0s] overlooked or you didn't really care about. But now that you hold it in your hand, Bench looks [56.6s] down and says, hey, what's that? Sawdust? I'm not sure from what type of tree though. [64.6s] Bench bends down and squints very closely at it. [67.2s] Kav takes a little lick of it with his tongue. Nope, that didn't help. [73.5s] Well, if we look it's more like, what do we call it, shavings. Shavings, yes. So it's very thin, [81.8s] very fine. It's not like dust. Oh, is that not? I always thought it was sawdust. That's not [87.6s] what this is? It could be sawdust, but why am I little French now? Get on the chopper, [97.0s] there it is. Move back in the throat. He said the French tree is a muppet. [102.6s] You know, he's a fun guy. Okay. Yeah, no, it's like perhaps shavings of sorts. [109.8s] Some of these are a little smaller, obviously. What do you use shavings for? [119.1s] Pencils have shavings. Pencils have shavings. But you don't use them for anything. [124.8s] Do you often put pencil shavings in your pocket? No, I don't. How'd they get there? [132.2s] I don't know. This is going to be the mystery that breaks us. It's not missing Oak. [140.6s] How'd these pencil shavings get in my pocket? Side quest. Oak will be fine, [144.7s] he'll figure it out. He's from here. We gotta get to the bottom of these shavings. [149.0s] Bench and calve begin walking again. And as we pan out on the scene, as they're questioning [159.2s] these shavings or sawdust, they walk past a pet store. Roll perception. [169.7s] Oh, that's a 19 before any bonuses. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Oh, 23. Holy jeez. [176.8s] It's really upsetting that you roll really well. Bench rolled an eight. So bench is [182.2s] perception. Bench is very focused on the shavings. But you walk by this pet store [187.9s] and it doesn't register at first. But once you get like 10 paces past, you stop because [194.6s] you feel like you saw something in the front showcase of this pet store, which causes you [201.4s] to turn around, where we find you now standing staring at Oak sleeping inside of a pet cage [210.6s] inside of the pet store. Bench, check it out. Have you figured out the shavings? [216.2s] No, even better. Just look at the window. He's like framing it. He's a prices rate model. [223.9s] How did he get it? Did we go to the pet store? I don't know. I guess. Did we buy anything? [231.0s] Do you have a peppy in your pocket? Welcome to Dumbgeons and Dragons, a D&D fifth edition [239.0s] actual play podcast. I'm your dungeon master Russ More, he, him, and Dumbgeons and Dragons [244.4s] stars Amy More as Alydin. She, her. It's not like popping in and out of like a bakery or a [251.5s] market. The people who go in there have a reason to be in there. Tom Laird as Kavlarin [256.9s] He, him. Let's just take a little peek at your back here. Just confirm that for you. And Carla [263.1s] Maxted as Bonwyn Everbane. She, her. Let's enjoy our little staycation over here on the [268.8s] richie side of the bridge. Dumbgeons and Dragons is a D&D production and supported by our patrons. [274.6s] You can find that at patreon.com slash dumb dragon cast. Hey, sign up for a seven day [279.0s] free trial. And now fuck it. Let's play. Bonwyn, you and Thane are exiting city hall [295.6s] where you just gone to try and find either Oak or Kavlarin, the new forensic auditor in town. [303.2s] Um, and the, the woman at the front desk has said that neither of them have shown up today. [310.4s] We see you walking past the enormous fountain, golden fountain outside the city hall, heading [318.9s] back down the stairs. And Thane says, don't all city workers have to be here during the day? [326.6s] I mean, I thought that was sort of how things worked. I mean, I've never, I've always been [333.8s] self-employed. I don't really know all these sort of like bureaucratic jobs work, but my [338.7s] understanding was that it was like a five days a week and you were expected to be there. [343.4s] Even if you were just like gossiping with your coworkers the whole time, even if you. [347.0s] It makes me nervous. Cause like every time Oak's out of the office, there's usually an [353.6s] increase in some sort of monetary gain for the city. [358.6s] Oh, I hadn't thought of that. But he hasn't been in, you think he'd have to like go in, [363.8s] get some kind of directive to be a little jerk and then head back out. He hasn't done [369.3s] that yet. That's true. That's true. But I am worried, like I want to meet this Kavlarin [375.2s] person. So what's the story? Are they already, are they already fighting to take down [381.7s] the government? And we missed it? I feel like, I feel like that's, that's like maybe, [389.9s] maybe they've got the paperwork, they've got it all in order. I don't know how these [394.0s] internal meetings work. I forgot Oak was with him. There's no chance that's what's [397.8s] happening. Assuming they're together, if they're both not here, you'd have to [401.0s] assume they're together. And yeah, Oak is not taking down the government. Oak's clearly [405.9s] the love child of Nina and the mayor. Like they are just in it to, in it to win it. [413.9s] Yeah. In it to waste it. Is that anything? It could be. Look at this fountain. This is [420.1s] what's inspiring these awesome jokes. Yeah, no, it's totally obscene. [427.4s] Where did they even get all this going? Yeah, I think we know. Maybe we make our [432.0s] way back. Maybe we find them as they're shaking down all of the artisans. Oh, [438.9s] okay. Hmm. I haven't even met Kavlar, but it makes me sad because like I'd sort of [443.3s] built up in my mind that he was going to be this crusader for justice. But you're [447.0s] right. Like maybe we can put this out there. Maybe he is. Maybe he's trying to just [452.5s] get them set up to a point where, uh, walk and talk, walk and talk. We got to [457.8s] move away from this fountain. I'm getting splashback here. I don't like it. [462.1s] Maybe he's trying to help us. He just doesn't know it yet. But he just doesn't [469.7s] know it yet. Or maybe he does know it, but like he just, because he doesn't know us, [474.6s] help us by incriminating, getting incriminating evidence. Oh, I mean, I guess we really don't [482.8s] have any idea. So are you, we don't even know these people. We don't even, I mean, [487.8s] I know Oak. We went to school together. Do we really know Oak? Well, I've known him [493.3s] for like decades. Yeah. But when was the last time you like hung out with Oak? Oh God, [498.2s] never. My boy. Exactly. Okay. So like his mom was like always a big presence. Uh, [505.8s] his mom's very sweet. Such a lovely lady. I don't know what happened. I think the last time [511.4s] I hung out with him was like, Oh God, Gerpret's seventh grade birthday party. So like it's been [520.3s] a minute. That's the last time I think we had a conversation. Me and Oak. We could go to [527.4s] Brew Awakening. Sure. Yeah. Cause he's like tight with Bench. So it's possible they're [532.6s] there. I mean, we're already here across the bridge, right? Let's do it. Ah, it's worth a [536.8s] shot. We're not, we're clearly, we're taking the day off too. So, you know, let's, [541.2s] let's enjoy our little staycation over here on the Richie side of the bridge. Business is [545.6s] slow right now. You know, let's take a moment for us. Breathe the fresh air that [549.8s] they have on this side of the river. They do have fresh air over here. It is nice. [556.7s] We cut inside of Tezu's, uh, the, the pet store [561.1s] and Bench and Cav are overlooking a sleeping Oak. [567.4s] When the proprietor Tezu, she comes out from the back as the bell rings and looks at you. [574.2s] It says he's been there all day. I tried to shake him awake a little bit and just [580.9s] snored a little louder. Do you know him? Yeah. Yeah. I don't know how he ended up [590.0s] there, but we'd, uh, yup. That's, uh, that's Oak. Well, the door was left open in the back. [595.2s] I assumed somebody like stole some things, but they just moved. They moved the baby sheep that [602.4s] was in there and they stole the baby sheep. No, didn't steal the baby sheep. The baby sheep [607.5s] is in the back. They put it in another cage, but then this Oak here was, was inside the [615.4s] cage. So I, I couldn't put two and two together. Okay. Uh, well, I mean, that would be four. [623.2s] I know that one. Um, can we collect him for you? Please take him off my hands. Uh, [633.8s] won't, won't charge sticker price for him. I appreciate that. It's a buy one, get one sale. [641.3s] Yeah. Uh, yeah. Do you have any pets? I mean, we can, we can set you up with some nice feed. [645.6s] Uh, I don't know. Um, Bench, do you have any pets? Well, um, no, but I might be in the market [654.6s] for a sheep. Okay. Well, we'll, we'll circle back to that. I thought you guys are going [660.1s] to get a leash for Oak. Stop wandering. It's more of a harness situation. Um, okay. Well, [668.0s] yeah, we'll just, uh, we'll go grab him and we'll be out of your hair. Uh, lickety split. [673.6s] Don't even worry about it. Okay. Um, that's totally fine. If he, if he wakes up, uh, [679.0s] when he wakes up, I sure hope he wakes up. He does seem to be breathing still, right? [683.7s] You can see like a little bit of like fog of the glass where he's breathing. [688.0s] Feather. He's that close to the glass. Oh, he's like smushed up against it. Yeah. [693.0s] Uh, well, when he wakes up, if you can figure out like how, so I can prevent this from happening [699.4s] again, because people haven't been coming in today. Sure. Yep. Nope. Totally get it. Uh, [706.7s] again. I'm so sorry. I had to convince the guard that I wasn't selling people. [712.6s] I mean, has this happened before? No. Okay. Then that should have been a pretty easy [718.3s] conversation to have. Yeah. I mean it, the fact that I had to have the conversation though was [723.4s] well sure, but it wasn't a hard conversation is all I'm saying. You were pretty easy to explain. [728.7s] Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Okay. We'll, we'll just go grab him and we'll be, [733.1s] yeah, don't even, yeah, we'll just be right there. Bench, come on. Oh, [736.6s] it's just looking at the baby sheep is very soft and fluffy. Um, I give, I give, uh, [742.8s] okay. A little like slap on each cheek. Oh, you've got to get up. You've got to get up. [749.1s] Yeah. Let me lift the tiny baby up. Oh, you're late for work. Wait for life. Wait for work. [756.9s] Why didn't she wake me up? I knew that would work. I knew it. Why am I in here? Why does [763.7s] it smell? What's happening? Great questions. We'll just once take you home and we'll try to [770.2s] figure those out on the way. Okay. Okay. Hi. Hi, Tazoo. I'm not sure. I'll see you later. [779.0s] Probably not. Not today anyway. Well, I got to get some goldfish food later, [783.2s] but we'll save it. Maybe tomorrow would be better for that. Okay. [788.4s] The three of you slowly exit the establishment as Tazoo brings the sheep back out. [796.6s] Um, Bench looks longingly at the sweet sheep as it's tucked back into the cage in the front. [804.1s] Uh, the three of you are heading off down and back towards, uh, well, I assume Oak's home [811.6s] because he is looking very bad. Yeah, we got to get him cleaned up for sure. Yeah. Um, [818.0s] um, what happened last night? [824.2s] You know what? It's a great question and we don't really have the answer. [830.0s] Okay. But, um- Well, I'm glad you found me. [834.1s] I mean, we both got matching tattoos. Are you part of the, the matching tattoo brigade here, [839.6s] Oak? We got matching tattoos? And Oak's looking, he like pulls up his sleeves, [845.6s] checking his arms. He's looking at his shoulders, his chest, his back. He's like, [851.8s] I don't see anything. Well, let's just, well, just take a little peek at your back here, [856.8s] just confirm that for you. Uh, he turns around, you lift his shirt, um, and there's, [865.8s] up from the pants, uh, there is a page, uh, that runs up into a certain tramp stamp area [874.6s] down onto his posterior. Classy. Is there anything? A little small one, a little tiny, [883.4s] little tiny baby. Cool. Cool. Love it. Yeah. Oh, what a bonding experience we'll never remember. [891.1s] A hundred percent. Yeah. But hey, we've got the, we've got the proof of it. That's true. [895.4s] That's true. I don't have proof of many things. And, uh, as you tuck the shirt back [902.0s] down, uh, Bonwyn and Thayne, you walk around the corner and you see Benj and Oak, um, [908.2s] and with another man with them. And, uh, Thayne says, I think, I think that's them. Oh, [913.4s] why are they looking at Oak's butt? I don't know. Should we? I've already started to like [917.8s] raise my hand to wave, but now I'm a bit like, I'm starting to lower it because maybe [922.2s] they're having like a private moment on the public street. Uh, like one does. [932.0s] We'll be right back. It's the middle. Hey friends, welcome to the middle. That's the [940.3s] place where we say thank you for being here. We're so happy to have you. It's just me today. [947.1s] Tom and Carla are there. They're dinks down on vacation, having a great time in Palm Springs. [952.2s] Amy's just getting home from work and, uh, well, so you got me. What do we want to tell [958.7s] you? [1023.1s] Bench definitely sees you, uh, do that. And he's, uh, hey, hey, hey, come on over Bench. [1031.3s] How's it going, buddy? Oh, it's pretty good. Wild night, [1034.2s] wild night. Uh, we just found Oak. He was in the sheep cage. I was, I was in the sheep's [1040.4s] cage. We don't really know how he got there, but yeah, that's where you found him. [1045.8s] Are you okay? Me? [1049.5s] Yeah. I mean, your mom must be so worried. Were you out all night? [1052.9s] Oh, I didn't even think of that. Were you guys partying at Tezos? [1056.2s] I think so. Again, not, not super sure. [1060.2s] I do have a lot of shavings in places and we have matching tattoos. You want to see? [1066.7s] Oh, is that why, is that why you guys were, because we came around the corner and I thought, [1075.4s] wow, they're really just staring at Oak's butt, hey? [1077.8s] Yeah, they sure were. [1080.0s] Cool. You guys got butt tattoos too? [1082.6s] Uh, well, no, just, uh, Oak got that location. Um, yeah, you know, I got, uh, [1088.5s] we got page one, two, and three, uh, of the, guess what? It's of the paperwork to save my [1095.3s] business. Oh, Bench. [1099.1s] Yeah. Yeah, this is maybe, this is maybe like, this might move up to now the second most [1106.0s] embarrassing tattoo you have. [1109.7s] Can't shoot a look at Bench. [1111.2s] Maybe. [1114.4s] I'm sorry, I'm being rude. [1115.9s] Bonwyn, this is Kavlaran. [1118.1s] Yeah, I'm just looking at Oak's butt, but it's, um, Bonwyn. [1122.6s] Yeah. [1123.8s] Proprietor of Everbane's, um. [1126.2s] Oh, uh, the blacksmith, um. [1129.0s] Yeah, yeah, so this is Thane. I think maybe you've met them? [1134.2s] Uh, you know what? [1135.0s] In passing, I think. Yeah, it's a pleasure to meet you. [1137.1s] You look familiar, yeah. [1137.9s] Yeah, yeah, nice to meet you. [1139.4s] Yeah, so, uh, Thane does most of the, like, uh, heavy work. I've sort of moved [1143.8s] more into, uh, finesse work. Yeah. [1146.5s] Oh, cool. Any, uh, made anything, like, super cool lately? [1149.9s] Oh, man, um, yeah, I mean, I've made, like, a really cool elven short sword. [1159.6s] I'm working on this new thing where it's kind of, um, it's a really light metal. [1164.2s] I have this really cool thing. [1165.6s] And I feel like Bonwyn just kind of, like, really goes on and on, [1170.4s] because this is her passion, right? [1172.2s] Probably to the point that is, like, more than is strictly, like, interesting [1178.9s] for literally anyone else. [1180.9s] Cav was, like, actively engaged for the first minute, and then when it dragged [1184.3s] on to, like, minute five, it was like, oh, okay, yeah. [1186.4s] As I'm explaining the process of, like, how I smelt things, and then- [1190.6s] Oak is, like, leaned up against Bench. [1193.5s] Maybe at this point, I sort of, like, look at, like, I see that Thane is, like- [1197.9s] He made the room. [1199.3s] Yeah, a little bit, and I'm realized. Oh, Cavalern, I'm so sorry. [1205.0s] It's, um, this is my whole life, so I didn't- [1209.8s] No, totally cool, don't even worry about it. [1212.3s] Sometime just swing by Everbane's, I'll show you some stuff. [1215.7s] You'll see that it's cool, and I promise I won't explain to you [1219.4s] the melting point temperatures anymore unless specifically asked. [1224.1s] Okay, cool, that sounds awesome, actually. [1226.9s] Thane, you'll be there, too? [1228.2s] Oh, yeah, I'm there all the time. [1231.8s] You need any, like, heavy work done? [1234.1s] Absolutely here for you. [1237.0s] Cool, yeah, yeah, yeah, cool, yeah. [1240.7s] Anyway, um, we should get Oak home. [1243.0s] You guys just have the day off, or what are you doing? [1245.4s] We had to find Oak because of the paperwork, [1248.1s] and he didn't show up at work because he was in the sheep cage. [1251.4s] Very late, yeah. [1253.3s] Yeah, wow, Oak, you didn't go to work, and you didn't go home last night. [1258.7s] To be fair, I was locked in a cage, passed out entirely, [1263.2s] for what seems like, I don't, I don't, what day is it? [1268.4s] Is it just one day? [1270.2s] It's just the next day, yeah. [1271.5s] Oh, wow. [1271.9s] If that was a cage, I mean, it's not a cage, right? [1274.8s] It's more of a pen. [1276.1s] So you weren't really, like, trapped in it, right? [1277.6s] You could have just stood up and, like, walked out, probably. [1280.2s] I mean, I could, I- [1281.8s] But you were sleeping. [1282.8s] I don't, you know what, you were sleeping. [1284.6s] I don't, I don't want to bug you. [1286.9s] Wow, there's so much to unpack here. [1288.6s] I am going to let you go, [1289.4s] but you said you have tattoos of the paperwork to save your business. [1292.4s] Does that mean Brewed Awakening is going to be open tonight? [1294.6s] I think so. [1295.4s] If we can get before, he's walking slow, [1298.9s] so we've got to clean him up a little bit, get there before. [1301.9s] But then, like, Oak, you're good with paperwork. [1304.7s] It'll be done lickety-split. [1306.3s] Yeah, I'll be done before I even start. [1309.0s] Okay, you know what I was going to say? [1310.6s] I'll meet you tonight for drinks, [1311.9s] but maybe you guys need a night off from drinks. [1314.8s] We're partying again tonight? [1316.7s] No, no, no, we're just going to, we're going to dial it back, like, 80%. [1322.6s] Okay, well, maybe, maybe just some- [1325.1s] Maybe some other time? [1326.2s] Some little aperitifs or something. [1329.4s] That's tiny sandwiches, right? [1331.4s] Absolutely, yep. [1333.0s] That's the tiniest of sandwiches. [1334.5s] Cool, yeah. [1335.4s] So you're thinking, like, [1337.0s] so you guys are going to head to tiny sandwiches and more? [1339.0s] I mean, probably at some point, [1340.9s] but after the paperwork, we'll get him home, [1343.5s] we'll get him dressed and ready, [1346.2s] we'll do the paperwork, [1347.4s] and then we'll probably go for tiny sandwiches and more, yeah. [1350.1s] Perfect. [1350.6s] Okay, well, Kavlaran, so great to meet you. [1354.0s] Yeah, you too. [1354.6s] Oak, take care of yourself, buddy. [1357.0s] Thanks. [1358.5s] And Bench, congratulations. [1360.6s] Hey, thanks. [1361.4s] I was so sad when I heard you closed down [1363.8s] because of these fucking tax hikes. [1365.4s] Fucking shit. [1366.6s] Sorry, excuse me. [1368.3s] Excuse me, Oak, Kavlaran, I apologize. [1371.8s] Don't even worry about it. [1373.0s] Kav is one of the good guys. [1374.2s] He's like, he's here, he's getting paperwork done. [1377.4s] Sure, it's tattooed on people, [1379.4s] a little bit on all the dogs. [1381.1s] A different level of doneness. [1382.6s] Working outside the box. [1384.5s] That's what Kavlaran does. [1387.0s] Okay, well, if you're ever in the hot block, [1389.1s] hop into Everbane's, me or Thane, always there. [1392.3s] Cool. [1392.8s] Yeah, will do. [1394.5s] Awesome. [1395.2s] Well, have a good afternoon, guys. [1397.3s] Take care of Oak. [1399.4s] Look at him, he's so green. [1400.9s] He's not looking good, yeah. [1402.3s] It's not great, yeah. [1403.6s] Let's go, Francis. [1407.3s] It's drunk Oak, very similar. [1409.3s] Okay, fair. [1409.8s] Or I guess hungover Oak. [1411.0s] I think he's still drunk. [1413.7s] He can still be drunk. [1421.4s] And we are back in the stables [1427.1s] and Alydin and Tali are planning what they intend to do [1434.5s] this coming evening. [1435.9s] No, how do you say that? [1437.1s] Tonight. [1437.8s] They're planning what they're going to do tonight. [1440.7s] This coming evening. [1441.8s] This coming evening. [1443.2s] I don't know how time works. [1445.6s] These are very formal children. [1447.2s] They're planning their- [1448.2s] Eight episodes in the same day, [1449.8s] but it feels like there might have been a night time [1451.8s] for some of them, but not really. [1453.4s] Time's hard. [1457.6s] So when we marked off the tunnels [1461.1s] and what happens when we get inside [1465.2s] of this establishment, Alydin? [1468.2s] Wow, that's a really big word, Tali. [1470.7s] Well, I heard it just across the street there. [1473.0s] Somebody was saying that they needed [1475.0s] to set up an establishment [1478.0s] and I put two and two together [1481.1s] because of the context clues [1483.4s] and I remembered I was a child. [1486.6s] Yeah, you have an extensive vocabulary [1489.7s] that's quite impressive. [1491.4s] Well, thank you for saying so. [1494.9s] So what are we going to do when we get in the place? [1497.1s] Well, we're not going to talk [1497.9s] as loud as you're talking right now. [1499.4s] No, of course not, but there's nobody around right now. [1501.7s] So there was a lot of clinking and clanking. [1503.6s] That was definitely Bonwyn's. [1506.1s] I say we just kind of snoop around, you know? [1511.2s] We're not, you know, we're like, [1514.4s] we go to the hot block, but we're not like, [1519.0s] it's not like popping in and out [1521.4s] of like a bakery or a market. [1524.1s] It's the people who go in there [1526.2s] have a reason to be in there. [1528.5s] We've got no reason to be in there. [1529.9s] No, but we're going to go in at night [1531.3s] when there's nobody there, right? [1532.7s] That's right. [1533.1s] And that's why we're just like [1534.4s] going to look around, just see what's up. [1536.0s] Okay, okay, okay. [1537.8s] I hear that Bonwyn works on some super, super cool stuff. [1541.4s] Oh, yeah. [1542.4s] In the back, like fancy stuff. [1545.5s] Fancy stuff. [1546.4s] I heard that she makes daggers [1549.6s] that when you throw them, they fly so fast. [1553.2s] So fast. [1553.8s] And so straight. [1554.6s] So straight. [1555.4s] And it's so sharp. [1556.6s] It's so sharp. [1557.3s] That when it stabs into the person, [1559.9s] they can't even feel it. [1561.5s] Can't even feel it. [1562.6s] They take a few steps walking away [1565.7s] and they drop to the ground dead. [1567.8s] Oh my gosh. [1569.9s] So we can't touch anything [1571.0s] because that sounds dangerous. [1572.3s] Absolutely. [1573.0s] Yeah, I think so. [1575.4s] But I think we can look around [1576.7s] and maybe just see what's going on in there. [1579.3s] Maybe there are secrets. [1582.1s] Maybe there's secrets? [1583.0s] Yeah, maybe there are secrets. [1584.2s] Oh, I love secrets. [1585.8s] I know. [1586.4s] So we go in and we find the secrets [1588.2s] and we don't stab each other [1590.2s] with flying dagger blades. [1593.4s] We're just not going to throw anything. [1595.0s] We're going to stick to the normal rules, right? [1597.4s] Don't throw the things. [1599.0s] Right? [1599.4s] You... [1600.2s] Nobody will know that we were even there. [1603.4s] Okay. [1604.6s] I love it. [1605.3s] Yes. [1605.9s] Which means you gotta keep your mouth shut, Tally. [1611.3s] Just like that. [1612.0s] Well done. [1612.6s] Quick, quick, quick. [1613.7s] Okay. [1614.1s] I was just practicing. [1616.2s] You can keep practicing if you want to. [1617.7s] Okay. [1619.1s] And Alydin kind of like [1622.1s] smirks to herself like that. [1624.1s] Idiot. [1625.1s] Alydin's famous, [1626.3s] let's see who can be quietest, [1628.0s] who can be quiet longest. [1629.0s] Let's play the quiet game, you guys. [1633.3s] And she kneels down [1635.8s] beside some crates and hail... [1642.4s] There's quite a lot of that in these parts. [1645.5s] Stables full of it. [1646.6s] Growing wild. [1649.4s] And sits down next to some hay bales [1651.8s] and takes a stick [1653.0s] and starts to sketch out [1656.1s] what she remembers from the tunnels. [1659.7s] Left here, right here. [1661.8s] Down. [1662.5s] Yep. [1663.4s] Over. [1663.9s] Okay. Across. [1664.8s] Hey, what are you looking at? [1667.4s] Nothing. [1668.7s] I scuff it up. [1670.6s] What? [1671.9s] Well, well, I think it's just, [1673.9s] you know, when you have important information... [1676.1s] Yeah? [1676.8s] Not everyone needs to know. [1678.2s] But I was there. [1679.2s] You were there. [1679.8s] But Tally, you have terrible memory. [1682.7s] Well, that's... [1683.4s] I figured that's why you were drawing it on the ground [1685.3s] so that we remembered where... [1687.0s] No, I love that about you. [1688.9s] That's what makes you so good at secrets. [1691.4s] I tell you all the secrets [1693.0s] and you forget them. [1696.0s] But not the word establishment. [1697.8s] Yeah, no, that was... [1699.6s] That was quite impressive. [1700.6s] I think so. [1701.9s] But some things, [1703.2s] if too many people know it, [1705.0s] it's gonna get out. [1707.0s] And if Dase finds out [1708.6s] that there are tunnels under there [1710.2s] and I'm going under there [1711.5s] and that we can get around [1714.6s] and not be seen, [1715.5s] he's not gonna like that. [1717.0s] No, he likes to see things. [1719.4s] He's such a jerk. [1721.4s] Always looking at stuff. [1725.4s] He's always watching me. [1726.4s] I feel like Tally would thrive [1727.8s] with a word-of-the-day calendar. [1729.3s] Oh, yeah. [1729.9s] Yeah, yeah. [1731.1s] We'll invent one of those in the world soon. [1735.0s] Okay, great, great, great. [1737.5s] Well, I'm looking forward [1738.3s] to our adventure here tonight. [1740.3s] Should we rest up? [1742.9s] I'm gonna rest up. [1744.2s] Yeah, you should rest up. [1745.5s] Okay. [1746.1s] I think so. [1747.3s] I'm just gonna pop out. [1749.0s] Just take a walk. [1750.6s] Great. [1751.6s] I'll hold down the fort. [1752.6s] Then don't you tell anybody. [1754.2s] Tell anybody what? [1755.6s] Exactly. [1764.2s] Dumbgeons and Dragons Season 3 Episode 8.
